Dr. David Champ Weeks moved to the Gulf Coast area in 2010 after practicing in the Seattle area since 2005. Dr. Weeks is a member of the medical staff at the Memorial Hospital at Gulfport. Active participation as the Medical Director of Robotic Surgery as well as being Chief of Surgery at prior healthcare systems allows him to understand and direct patient care with a firm understanding of universal healthcare. He also actively contributes in the American Urology Association, the Southeastern Section of the AUA, and the Mississippi State Medical Association. He holds active medical and surgical licenses in the states of Mississippi, Louisiana, and California.

By promoting patient and community awareness, Dr. Weeks strives to enthusiastically promote urologic education. He has lectured on prostate cancer, robotic applications, prostate enlargement, hematuria (blood in the urine), male impotence, pediatric disorders, and minimally invasive procedures for the kidney such as laparoscopy and cryotherapy. D. Weeks has also published several works in national journals based on his work in Urology. With the goal of raising the overall standard of patient care, he has also mentored several colleagues in surgical techniques for male and female incontinence as well as laparoscopy in several areas.
